Meet Your Therapist
As a mental health professional with nine years of experience, I prioritize establishing a warm and interactive connection with my clients. My approach to therapy is grounded in a range of theoretical frameworks, including Narrative Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. I specialize in working with adults and young adults, providing support for a diverse array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, gender and sexuality, caste and class based oppression, relationship difficulties, and work/study-related stressors.
1-0n-1 Therapy Sessions
This is where the magic happens! Hop into something comfy, preferably with your favourite tea/coffee/water, and you will find a safe and a non-judgemental space waiting for you. I use different approaches surrounding the cllient’s goals and strengths and that includes CBT, ACT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and systemic lens of a person. I always recommend taking 12-15 sessions to notice any lasting changes.
Our intimate relationships hold a lot of potential for growth and healing. Discover science-based practices that can take your relationship to the next level. When a couple comes in, I see them as a unit, and thus hold the space for relational work to happen. I always recommend couples to go through 12-15 sessions to start noticing lasting changes in their ways of relating to one another.
This is strictly in the mental health field for the Indian subcontinent. I provide one-on-one meetups on your journey of a solopreneur. Thriving in this field as a solopreneur comes with its own set of challenges and psychological feedback. We get into a collaborative venture to figure out the nuts and bolts of your entreprenurial journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
Living abroad can look successful on the outside while feeling deeply lonely, overwhelming, or confusing inside.
At our mental health practice, we support NRIs and Indians living overseas who are navigating emotional struggles shaped by culture, family systems, identity, and transitions.
Our approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with a deep understanding of Indian values, conditioning, and relational dynamics—so you feel understood without having to explain your background.
How we support you
• Culturally sensitive individual therapy
• Support for anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm
• Relationship & marital therapy (including NRI couples)
• Identity, belonging, and cross-cultural challenges
• Family pressures, expectations, and boundaries
• Life transitions, relocation stress, and emotional disconnect
I primarily work with NRIs and Indians living abroad who feel emotionally disconnected, overwhelmed, or misunderstood in local therapy settings. Many of my clients are navigating relationships, identity conflicts, family pressures, or life transitions across cultures.
While Western therapy is clinically strong, it often lacks cultural context for Indian clients.
My work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with an understanding of Indian family systems, values, conditioning, and emotional patterns, so you don’t have to explain your culture from scratch.
Clients commonly seek support for:
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
- Relationship and marital challenges
- Loneliness, identity issues, and cultural displacement
- Family dynamics and parental expectations
- Burnout, work stress, and life transitions
