Refund Policy

At Hues of Being, we strive to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.

Cancellation by Client

We understand that unexpected events occur; however, our time is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session fee.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged the full fee.

Cancellation by Therapist

If your psychotherapist is unable to attend a session that you have already paid for, we take full responsibility:

• You will be offered the choice of a fully rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.
• If you prefer not to reschedule, a full refund will be initiated.

Refund Process

Should a refund be approved, please note the following:

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
